Is Drawyz legit?

Yes. Drawyz is run by Drawyz Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 17188146). Payments go through Stripe, the same payment provider used by Amazon and Shopify, and every winner and draw result is published on the site.

Can I really win?

Yes, and your odds are clear before you pay. Each competition has a fixed maximum number of tickets, shown on the page, and never more. One ticket is at least a 1 in that number chance. Far better than a lottery jackpot.

How does the draw work?

Entries close at the time shown on the competition page. From that moment the list of valid tickets is locked: only paid tickets with the correct answer are in it, whether the competition sold out or not. Before entries close, the page also shows which public random number will decide the winner. It comes from drand, an independent randomness service run by universities and technology companies around the world, and nobody, including Drawyz, can know or influence it in advance. At the draw time this number is published and the winning ticket is selected from the locked list, live on the competition page. The result is recorded once and can never be changed, and anyone can check it with the "Verify this draw" button on the page.

How is the winner picked? Can it be rigged?

Nobody can choose the winner, not even us. The draw happens live on the competition page, using a public random number (drand) announced in advance and impossible to predict. Afterwards, anyone can check the result on the page.

What if the competition does not sell out?

The draw still happens on the date shown, whatever the number of tickets sold. Fewer tickets sold means better odds for you.

Why do I have to answer a question?

UK law requires prize competitions to include a skill question. You get one try per competition and 30 seconds to answer, so everyone plays fair. Answer correctly and your tickets go into the draw.

How do I know if I won, and how do I get my prize?

Watch the live draw, and we email the winner straight away. Your prize is brand new and delivered free to your door within 30 days. There is no cash alternative.

Are my payment and details safe?

Yes. You pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal on Stripe's secure page: we never see your card number. Your details are only used to run the competitions and deliver prizes, under UK data protection law.
